As such, each year our in-house producers partner up with an advisory committee of accomplished industry experts to guarantee that the most up-to-date and relevant topics are addressed during the summit.
The Steering Committee campaign for 2026 is now underway. Last edition’s Steering Committee members are listed below:

Civica
Renata Vincoletto is the CISO at Civica, bringing over 25 years of IT and cybersecurity expertise across diverse sectors. She leads initiatives to protect organizational assets and foster cyber resilience. Concurrently, she is Head Tutor for the Cyber Security and Risk Programme at IMD, mentoring future leaders. Her background includes leading Microsoft’s Security Operations Centre.

Serco
Paul Crichard, CISO at Serco, is a globally recognized thought leader driving dynamic Information Security delivery. With expert proficiency in Cyber Security and Data Protection, he develops and executes comprehensive strategies to govern enterprise risk and ensure business resilience. Paul is a Fellow, C-Level leader (CISSP, CISM), and expert communicator, renowned for his integrity and innovation.

Cabinet Office
Glen Hymers is Deputy Director for Cyber and Information Security (CISO) at the UK Cabinet Office, leading strategic risk management and incident response. Previously, he was Global CISO at Save the Children International and served 15 years in the RAF Police. An award-winning CISO and Privacy Leader, Glen also serves as an RAF Reserves officer and
chairs the Cyber Resilience Centre for the South East.

Spectris
Ian Brown is Group Chief Information Security Officer at Spectris PLC, where he leads global information and cyber security. He specialises in building resilient security programmes, integrating compliance into businesses, and aligning cyber risk management with business objectives. Ian is focused on advancing cyber resilience and enabling innovation whilst defending against evolving threats.

Cyber Resilience Centre for London
Sapna Chadha, CEO of the Cyber Resilience Centre for London, leads the trusted partnership between policing and business. Her team provides vital guidance and practical support to help SMEs protect against cyber threats. Bringing a unique cross-sector perspective from her senior roles in Government and tech, she also founded London Tech Futures to open digital skills access for London’s youth.

NFL
Kam Karaji is the Director of Cybersecurity & Risk Management at the NFL, integrating cyber, technical, and physical security globally. With over 13 years of experience, including law enforcement and executive roles at Fortune 500 businesses, he brings a unique, pragmatic approach to cyber resilience. A recognized thought leader, he advises the NCSC and Ministry of Defense.

East Midlands Cyber Security Cluster
Dr. Ismini Vasileiou is a recognized academic and leader in cybersecurity education, focusing on the human factors underpinning organizational resilience. As Co-Chair for UKC3 and Director of the East Midlands Cyber Security Cluster, she drives national and regional initiatives to tackle the skills gap, embed diversity, and advance workforce development for all audiences.

ISACA London Chapter
Suk Paul is the Cyber Security Services Strategist for Kudelski Security and Director of Communications for ISACA London Chapter. With over 20 years in the industry, Suk has extensive experience delivering large cyber security transformation programs for enterprise clients as well as supporting in-house corporate strategy teams.

Applegreen
Greg Emmerson is the Group IT Director of Infrastructure & Security at Applegreen, specializing in IT Infrastructure, Operations, and Cyber Security Management across Retail and Private Equity sectors. An experienced Senior IT leader, he guides large-scale technology transformations, organizational re-engineering, and strategic IT planning. He is adept at building high-performing teams and communicating effectively up to the Board level

Joe Ashley is the Cloud & Cyber Services Director at Focus Group, bringing over 25 years of experience in IT, cloud, and cybersecurity. He has led major transformation projects across public and private sectors, delivering secure, cloud-native IT solutions. Joe is known for leading high-performing teams, aligning technology with business goals across diverse verticals, including defence and healthcare.

Biffa
David Parles is a seasoned Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure Executive with over 30 years of experience, currently Head of Cyber Security at Biffa. He drives digital resilience and operational integrity across sectors, bringing board-level insight into risk governance and strategic IT leadership. David translates technical risk into business opportunity, fostering a culture of accountability.

UK Cyber Security Council
Prof Chitra Balakrishna is a distinguished academic leader and technology visionary with over 25 years of expertise spanning cyber security and emerging technologies. As Professor and Deputy Head of School at the Open University, UK, she helps shape the nation’s digital future. Her leadership in the government-funded Institute of Coding and her role on the UK Cyber Security Council Board of Trustees drive excellence in cyber security professionalization.

Cato Networks
Etay Maor, Sr. Director of Security Strategy at Cato Networks, is a renowned cybersecurity researcher and keynote speaker. Formerly CSO at IntSights and Head of Research at RSA Security, he brings extensive experience in threat analysis and response training. Etay is also an adjunct professor at Boston College and frequently provides commentary to major news outlets.
